Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Rese(+) Studios LLC, we provide custom design, consulting, development, and manufacturing services tailored to each client's unique project. Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are subject to the following policy.
Design & Development Services
This includes, but is not limited to:
Fashion Design
Tech Packs
Pattern Development
Marker Making
Graphic Design
Product Development
Creative Consulting
Brand Development
Payments made for design and development services are non-refundable once work has commenced. Our fees reflect the time, expertise, research, creative development, and resources invested in each project.
If work has already begun, refunds will not be issued for completed or partially completed services. However, Rese(+) Studios LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review individual circumstances and determine whether a partial refund, service credit, or alternative resolution is appropriate.
Manufacturing & Production Services
Manufacturing deposits, production payments, sourcing fees, sampling costs, and related development expenses are non-refundable once the manufacturing process has begun.
Client payments are used to secure materials, labor, sampling, production capacity, and other project-specific costs. Because these expenses are incurred immediately upon project initiation, refunds cannot be provided after production activities have commenced.
Project Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. If a project is canceled before work or production has begun, Rese(+) Studios LLC may issue a refund less any administrative fees, sourcing expenses, materials purchased, or third-party costs already incurred.
Custom Products & Deliverables
All custom-developed products, garments, graphics, patterns, tech packs, markers, prototypes, samples, and manufactured goods are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
